"We Get Lost in Time" is a 95-page fictional novelette based on Major Archibald Butt's last six weeks of life prior to boarding the Titanic.
The book consists of fictional "journal entries" in which Major Butt "writes" about his known activities beginning in Washington D.C. in March 1912 and ending on the morning of April 10, 1912.
The "journal entries" contain fictional conversations (based on fact) that help to flesh out and humanize Archie's life as the date for Titanic's maiden voyage approaches.
