TITANIC

The Long Night

The History Press (2027)

"Titanic: The Long Night" (The History Press, 2027), which will probably be my very last Titanic book, is a detailed account of the ship's passenger and crew activities beginning at the time of the collision and extending through the rescue itself. Special emphasis is given to the activities of people who are *known* to have been saved in each individual lifeboat, and will include the loading process, the lowering process, individual experiences in each lifeboat, approaching the Carpathia, the rescue, unexpected trouble that cropped up for various survivors on board the Carpathia, and finally the return voyage to New York.
