Britannic - Lusitania - Leopoldville

Vic VERLINDEN

(2025)

After Lusitania the underwater collection is this the second book by Vic Verlinden about shipwreck with a world history. The Britannic was a hospital ship when it sailed on a mine on the coast of Greec. The Lusitania was discribed in the first book, but in 2023 and 2024 the team did some more fascinating discoveries. The Belgian ship Leopoldville became famous because the disaster was discribed in the book of Clive Cussler. More than 700 young American soldiers lost their lives in this torpedoing on Christmas night 1944. Vic has dived and captured footage on all three of these wrecks. The wrecks are located on depth between 60m and 125m.
